White (ages 7-10): Taking on new risks/challenges. White group swimmers are ready to embrace the challenges of competitive swimming and build a foundation for long term success in the sport. Swimmers who have completed at least one season of summer league or intrasquad competition and have a working knowledge of all four competitive strokes are White Group members. Emphasis is on developing (and advancing) competitive strokes, beginning to compete regularly and striving toward Arizona Age Group Regional (B) and State Qualifying (BB/A) Standards. Practices are offered 3-5 times per week and attendance is recommended 3-4 times per week.
